Treatments:
Myofascial Release (MFR) and Reiki are used primarily while utilizing other modalities such as CranioSacral and Trigger Point Therapy as needed. All sessions are individually tailored to address the concerns one may have while releasing tension and creating space. It is generally recommended and often necessary to have at least several sessions, spaced a week to two apart when treating chronic pains or dysfunctions.
